In his latest video, Cole James of the Grief Recovery Institute remarks on the warning signs of ineffective grieving resources regarding books. He cautions against these misconceptions about grief:

🛑 Your life will never be the same, no matter what.

🛑 Get used to pain.

🛑 Let me put my arm around you because I have pain.

🛑 We're all going to get connected with our pain.


And your identity for the rest of our lives will be, I'm the guy with that loss.
